If you change your mind after placing an order, you have one day (01) from the order confirmation to cancel the entire order or a portion of it, whichever comes first. When processing the refund, a 2.5% cancellation charge will be added to the amount you paid.
To Cancel a placed order within 24 hours from the order confirmation,
1. Open your 'My Account' and go to the 'My Orders' area.
2. To cancel an item, click the 'Cancel Item' button next to it.

Cancellation & Refunds

Within 01 (one) day of the item being delivered to you, you have the option to return it. Requests for returns are not accepted after 01 (one) day have passed since the delivery date.

Eligibility for Return:
If the product that was given to you is flawed. A defect is the regrettable outcome of a manufacturing error that prevents the product from being used as intended (for example, imbalance, wooden joints opening, etc.). Please note that appearance or texture variations that are inherent to the material used (particularly in solid wood goods) are not faults.
If the item you receive differs from the item image on our website in any way (for example, in size, shape, or color).
After the merchandise has been picked up from the delivery site following cancellation of the order, the reimbursement will be executed.
You have the option of receiving your refund by the same method that you used to make the purchase (a credit card, debit card, net banking, digital wallet, or UPI account).

If you are entitled to a refund, it will be given to you in accordance with the following rules:
All refund procedures must wait until all returned items have been picked up from the customer's or your premises.
Within two to three business days of receiving the returned goods at the warehouse, a reimbursement will be processed.
Refunds can be started with NEFT, cash, or the original payment method.
